At Art Camp, we use the power of art to spark creativity, build resilience, and deepen our connection to each other—and to Nature.
Rooted in the belief that every individual holds innate creative potential, our programs invite young artists to explore self-expression as a path to personal growth and meaningful contribution. Inspired by nature, we nurture curiosity, imagination, and a deep appreciation for our planet—empowering the next generation to shape a more compassionate and creative future.
Camp Director & Founder Marietta Bolster
Marietta, a Skaneateles native, grew up surrounded by art, creativity, and the outdoors, fueling her passion for both expression and exploration. After earning a BA in International Affairs and Fine Arts from George Washington University, she honed her design skills in California and later expanded her expertise with digital marketing studies at Harvard.
She began her career in her family’s gift company, where her mother’s illustrations transformed into internationally distributed, handcrafted pieces. As Marketing Director, Marietta helped grow the brand while staying rooted in creativity and craftsmanship.
Today, Marietta combines her creative background with a focus on personal development. A certified yoga teacher and leadership coach, she’s also diving into Integral Tai Chi. Whether through movement, making, or mindfulness, Marietta’s goal is to help kids connect with their creativity, emotions, and the world around them.
